Led by Dr Imray, a Registered BMS Menopause Specialist, our service offers expert, evidence-based care for women through perimenopause and menopause.
We provide individualised, unhurried consultations focused on understanding your symptoms in detail, alongside your personal health priorities and treatment preferences. We support women with a wide range of symptoms including hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disturbance, brain fog, vaginal dryness, and changes in libido.
Dr Imray has extensive experience in managing complex cases, including women with a personal or family history of breast cancer, ensuring careful, evidence-based treatment decisions.
Management may include lifestyle advice, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and non-hormonal options, all prescribed and monitored in line with current best practice. Where appropriate, testosterone therapy may also be considered as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Ongoing review is provided to ensure treatment remains safe, effective, and appropriately tailored over time.
